Ingredients
- 1 small head green cabbage (about 2 ½ pounds), thinly sliced, including outer green leaves
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high. Add the cabbage, kosher salt, and pepper. Sauté for 15 minutes. Off the heat and cover the pot with a tight fitting lid. Let the cabbage steam for 10 minutes. Serves 6.
