Sautéed Cabbage

Ingredients
  • 1 small head green cabbage (about 2 ½ pounds), thinly sliced, including outer green leaves
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

 

Directions
  1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high. Add the cabbage, kosher salt, and pepper. Sauté for 15 minutes. Off the heat and cover the pot with a tight fitting lid. Let the cabbage steam for 10 minutes. Serves 6.
